On November 14, 2024, Luo Lin, member of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Committee and Party Secretary of the Liangjiang New Area, led a delegation to the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry,Chinese Academy of Sciences for an inspection of new microsphere materials. A symposium was held with the ICP team led by Director Wang Xuesong and the Zhongke Hairui team. Chief Scientist Jingjie Zhang and Chairman Kaiqi Yan of Zhongke Hairui attended the meeting, jointly discussing the establishment of a western operation center for Zhongke Hairui's new microsphere materials and measures to promote the clustering of downstream industries in Chongqing and Liangjiang.
As a high-tech enterprise in the field of new materials initiated by the microsphere technology team of the Institute of Chemistry and Physics (ICP), Zhongke Hairui possesses advanced technology and rich practical experience, making it a significant force in the field of new microsphere materials.
During the talks, Kaigui Yan, Chairman of Zhongke Hairui, expressed that they plan to establish a central and western operation center in Chongqing. Additionally, new products from the Xiamen Low-Density Microspheres and Composite Materials Research Institute, along with cooperative downstream enterprises (covering high-end manufacturing, drones, autonomous driving, new energy, smart IoT, etc.), will be connected with the markets and resources in Chongqing and Liangjiang to form industry clusters. This initiative aims to contribute to the development of Chongqing.
Member of the Standing Committee Luo Lin warmly welcomed Zhongke Hairui's choice to establish operations in Chongqing, pointing out that as a crucial strategic pivot for the large-scale development of western China, Chongqing boasts unique geographical advantages and a solid industrial foundation. He emphasized that the Chongqing municipal government will fully support Zhongke Hairui's project establishment and development in the Liangjiang New Area, hoping that Zhongke Hairui can attract downstream enterprises within its industrial chain to cluster in the Liangjiang New Area, forming a complete industrial cluster to promote coordinated regional economic development. He also mentioned that the Liangjiang New Area will continuously improve its innovation ecosystem and optimize the business environment to attract more high-tech companies and research institutions, contributing to achieving Chongqing's goal of high-quality development.
