  • Senior R&D Engineer

    Number of Positions: 2


    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Undertake research and development projects at the research institute and manage R&D projects.

    2. Develop new product formulations and complete the R&D of new products.

    3. Set up testing platforms according to project requirements and conduct performance testing of new products.

    4. Responsible for guiding and optimizing the production processes of finalized products.


    Job Requirements:

    1. PhD or above in materials, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, electronics, or related fields.

    2. Priority given to those familiar with industries such as adhesives, coatings, foam materials, footwear materials, plastics, low-dielectric materials, and thermal insulation materials.

    3. Solid professional knowledge, strong learning and analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork capabilities, and strong stress and time management skills.

    4. Integrity and honesty, willing to comply with the unified arrangements of the company and superiors.


    Work Location: Tong'an, Xiamen


     


  • R&D Engineer

    Number of Positions: 4


    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Design and conduct trials for new product formulations to complete new product development.

    2. Set up and establish test platforms to complete performance testing of new products according to project requirements.

    3. Guide and optimize the production processes of maturation products.

    4. Handle other tasks assigned by the superiors.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Master’s degree or higher, with expertise in materials science, chemical engineering, naval engineering, mechanical engineering, or electronics.

    2. Prefer candidates with expertise in adhesives, paints, foam materials, shoe materials, plastics, low-impedance materials, and insulation and thermal insulation materials.

    3. Possess a strong academic background, excellent learning and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.

    4. Adhere to principles of integrity and honesty, willing to follow统一 arrangements of the company and superiors.
